Ransom Park Homeowner's Association

When you purchased your home, you automatically joined the Ransom
Park Homeowner's Association (RPHOA).  Membership in the RPHOA is
a condition of purchase of your home.  As long as you own a home in
Ransom Park, you are a member of the association and you are
obligated to pay dues.

RPHOA maintains a board of 5 directors who are responsible for actively
managing the affairs of the association.  The association may also have
several officers who assist in performing specific duties.    All board
members and officers work as volunteers.  All funds are used to conduct
the matters of the association.

Ransom Park H.O.A.'s primary goals are to:

  • Make sure that our neighborhood is a great place to live and
    enjoy life.

  • Keep our neighborhood beautiful.

  • Make sure that Ransom Park is a safe place to live.

  • Help the homes in Ransom Park retain their value.

  • Build a sense of community

We encourage all home owners to be actively involved in the affairs of
Ransom Park.  It's your neighborhood.  You pay dues.  You might as well
be involved!  Besides, we always enjoy a helping hand.
