Ransom Park subdivision is situated just south of the Nashville International Airport, near Nashboro Village. There are over 160 homes in the subdivision. The first homes in Ransom Park were completed in 2004, and the last of the homes to be completed were finished in 2008.
Ransom Park is primarily a closed end subdivision with cul-de-sac styled streets. Homes range from approximately 1500 sq. ft. up to approx. 2000 sq. ft.

When you purchased your home, you automatically joined the Ransom Park Homeowner's Association (RPHOA). Membership in the RPHOA is a condition of purchase of your home. As long as you own a home in Ransom Park, you are a member of the association and you are obligated to pay dues.
RPHOA maintains a board of 5 directors who are responsible for actively managing the affairs of the association. The association may also have several officers who assist in performing specific duties. All board members and officers work as volunteers. All funds are used to conduct the matters of the association.
